K6 bottom shock mount

Post by Worf » 10 Jul 2013, 14:16

Alright people...... Any one know if I can fit a K6 thousand rear shock linkage to a K2 swing arm with out to much fettling.....

Or am I better off robbing Kaosones design for a swing arm spindle and then fitting the K6 swing arm ??

Reason being had bearing rebuilt last year by Dick R1 when he replaced the rear shock - so knew it was gonna go, and got an advisory on MOT last week........ Just wanna get it sorted now I know its defo on way out

The shock linkages are a straight swop between the two and the mounting points are in the same place so it wont affect the ride height.

*Edit: Ignore the ride height comment that's not relevant.
