Go double check that size again. It just doesn't sound right.

Re: Tyres question

What sorta riding u doing, if you want longer life then a dual compound like the michies pilot road 2's or 3's 2ct will give u a hard middle for miles but still soft on the sides for grip. If u want just for soft all over then tyres like the michie sport. But if commuting or long motorway riding u might find they will square off quicker being soft. Look at tge other brands between dual compound and softs tyres

Re: Tyres question

Nice set of dunnie road smarts be my guess. Bags of grip in the wet and last ages. Good all round tyre (excuse the pun)

Re: Tyres question

What bike did you get?

99% of tyres you can buy have 90% more grip than you will ever need, despite what the keyboard Rossi's on here will tell you

Re: Tyres question

All all depends on the use. If you do road miles with the odd Trackday then a sports tourer will be good enough.

If its just track focused then it all depends on group/speed. But I have a friend who is at the sharp end of the fast group and used to us Mich 2ct.

Re: Tyres question

2CTs mate, or similar. IIRC, you've not long started riding at this level on the road. Get a front and rear at the same time, it'll work out cheaper in the long run.

Re: Tyres question

I started out on my GSXR-750 on the road with 2CTs, can't fault them mate, did track days on them too. Great tyres... Get a set of them and you can stop worrying about your rubber lad.
