When you have the bike off the ground on that brilliant stand of yours, does the front wheel turn easily and spin on its own for a couple of turns at least? The pistons in the callipers might be binding slightly on the disks and creating continual heat which will boil the fluid... Just a thought mate.

It wont be boiling fluid, i use the same stuff ATE.
sound like your MC needs servicing matey, send it off to MODE Performance and they will sort for about £30.00

the seals inside the MC perish and let cause air to get trapped inside it.
